Refund and Returns Policy

At Subtext Life, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories (including freebies) must be intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will perform a quality inspection before approving the refund. We reserve the right to decline returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

Refunds

After your returned product passes our quality check:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • There was an error from our side.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Subtext Life cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

For orders placed using Partial COD:

  • The advance amount paid is non-refundable if the order is refused, rejected, or not accepted at the time of delivery.
  • Approved return refunds will be processed according to the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
